What is Be Easy Bici?
Having a Be Easy Bici means having a perfect bicycle all the time. For a fixed price per month you have your own Be Easy Bici, while we make sure it´s always working well, all the maintenance and reparations are included.
More and more people are finding out how easy it can be to be proud owner of a Be Easy bicycle. All our bikes have a green wheel and our logo on it, so you can recognize us throughout the whole city.

How does it work?
Select your bycicle
Choose from different Easy Bici models, like the city bike, electrical and mountainbike with suspension!
Your own bicycle
Your bike is yours, no one else´s. You can park it wherever you like and you never have to worry if there is another bike available.
Fixed price
You pay a price per month and nada más. However much you use it, whatever maintenance has to be done. Always at the same rate!
Reparations
If something is not working well with your bicycle, we fix it, and even come to your home to do so. Let us know what´s wrong and we make sure that within 48h your bike has been repaired, or replaced.

How do I get a Be Easy Bike?
You can request a Be Easy Bici very easily via email, WhatsApp or by phone. After placing your order, we make an appointment to deliver your Easy Bici, where you order or at our delivery points. We will adjust the Be Easy Bici to suit you and it will be ready to use.
Where is Be Easy Bici available?
Be Easy Bici is available in San Sebastián (ES). Soon it will be in more cities. Let us know if you need our Be Easy Bici in your city.
How long is my subscription?
– The subscription can be canceled monthly, with a period of one month. In this option we charge 12 for one time.
– We also have a semi-annual subscription plan (6 months minimum) in this option we charge the one-time cost of € 12.
Where do I have to park my Be Easy Bici?
They should only be parked in the exclusive parking areas for Bikes that are distributed throughout the city. In this way you ensure that it is always well parked and safe, avoiding being taken to the municipal deposit. Remember that it is your personal bicycle, always secure it to something fixed.
What happens if my Bicycle is stolen?
If your Be Easy Bici is stolen, let us know so you can quickly get a new one. We will inform the authorities about thefts. As long as the Bicycle is properly locked. You pay a deductible in € (depending on the subscription model). You can also purchase theft insurance for a very low rate per month.
What happens if my Bicycle breaks down?
If something fails or breaks in your Be Easy Bici, let us know, and we repair it or change it for one that works in less than 48 hours. This is at no additional cost.
What breakdowns and maintenance is included?
This includes maintenance and breakdowns resulting from normal use (punctures, brake adjustment, changes).
It is not included in maintenance, breakdowns or breakages due to misuse, jumps, rushing into the sea, sand, river water, blows or vandalism.

¿How was created Be Easy Bici?
Our company was born in a classical way. When two friends on bikes noticed that many people in San Sebastián were still moving around the city by bus, car and motor, they wondered why.
They soon realized that the culture of cycling in this city is perfect to ride on it, and it is slowing down because it seems difficult to get a good bike, and above all to keep it working well.
There the idea of helping the people of Donostia was born, to move faster. Without complications, sportingly and in a more sustainable way, to make our lives easier.
